Coaching as a process

What is the structure of a coaching process?

  Establishing Contact: We will discuss your concern as well as the general framework in an initial interview (30 minutes).

 

■  Launch Meeting: During this discussion, we will analyze your starting situation, the issues involved as well as your goals for development and will also determine all formal aspects. Our collaboration will be based on a written Coaching Agreement.

 

■  4–6 Work Meetings at 60–120 minutes each: The issues agreed upon will be addressed in the course of a half-year period in a result-oriented manner, tried out in everyday life and then put into practice.

 

Final Meeting: In conclusion of your program, we will reflect on our coaching goals and their successful realization and agree on any further steps that may be required.
